What We Look For:
Several years of experience as a product manager in the Internet sector (ISPs, data centers, carriers)
Minimum of 5 years professional product manager or product owner experience, and it's highly desired to bring experience from within the Telco / Telecommunications sector
Bachelor's degree in business informatics, economics, or related field
Strong analytical skills paired with creativity, reliability, and initiative
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
Interest in market analysis and technical process design
Must be fluent in English, and a strong proficiency in German is highly desirable

The bit about the company:
This business is a Virtual Data Rooms SaaS vendor, focusing on M&A. They employ around 1,200 people globally, boast the markets best performing platform & work with the worlds largest financial institutions.
They are continuously growing through the DACH market, and are looking for a Commercial Lew professional in Germany to join them on a contractual basis.
The bit about the role:
With an established sales team in the region, you will support them with reviewing NDA’s, data processing agreements and on-boarding documentation.
Contract negotiation. Working on a b2b level, you will be reviewing external contract & negotiating terms.
Being a secure data room, the business heavily revolves around GDPR, so reviewing and ensuring both client & internal communications are abiding by common GDPR regulations.
The bit about you:
Experience in GDPR agreements.
Solid background in German Contract law/Commercial law.
Native/fluent level of both German & English.
German qualified lawyer.
Ideally based in Frankfurt & happy to work in a hybrid set up.
In return they’ve ballparked a day rate of €400 and are looking for a 3–6-month contract. This could turn into a permanent position following this, depending on your preferences.
