The Company:
Our client is a growing tech-forward hospitality business founded in Japan looking to redefine the travel experience in Japan for independent travellers. They have grown substantially these past few years and there is now a need for the organisation to mature. As such, they're looking for a Chief of Staff to join them on this next phase.
The Role:
You would be part of an evolving business that merges two powerhouses of industry on the backend: Real Estate and Technology; a blend of the traditional and the future.
Core responsibilities here include:
1) Holding CFO-level responsibilities, including Financial Planning and Controlling
2) Overseeing backend operations to drive efficiency
You will be in a key strategic role within the organisation, optimising their efficiencies as they shape themselves for what is next to come, working with and bringing onboard investors as they pour more money into the Japanese market. At this moment, the organisation has over US$50M in assets under management.
Beyond the basics:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys applying commercial strategy to financial operations while engaging with investors - who often come with "Type-A personalities". Their internal culture is frank, open, and diverse - a rarity in Japan in and of itself.
Note: Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for the role

Das sind deine Aufgaben als HubSpot Consultant:
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich HubSpot Enterprise-Projekte und berätst Kunden, analysierst ihre Anforderungen und Geschäftsziele.
- Die Implementierung der HubSpot Suite und die Integration externer Tools liegen in deinem Aufgabenbereich, ebenso die Entwicklung von Automatisierungsstrategien und Multi-Channel-Kampagnen.
- Du setzt Marketing-, Vertriebs- und Service-Maßnahmen um, stets im Einklang mit den DSGVO-Anforderungen, und optimierst diese kontinuierlich.
- Zusätzlich organisierst du Marketing Automation Workshops von Vorbereitung über Durchführung bis zur Nachbereitung.
Dein Anforderungsprofil:
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung in CRM, Marketing Automation und E-Mail-Marketing.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der HubSpot Suite.
- Starke analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie technisches Know-how in neuen Tools.
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (HTML, CSS).
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Teamfähigkeit und Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
- Erfahrung mit anderen Marketing Automation oder CRM Tools ist von Vorteil.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Revenue Management and work closely with General Managers, Sales, and Reservation teams within your cluster.
Analyze data trends to formulate effective revenue management strategies that surpass your competitive peers.
Optimize property revenue through meticulous business mix analysis and rate adjustments.
Disseminate ongoing revenue performance insights to all stakeholders.
Forecast demand by market segment for your cluster and provide insightful commentary to management.
Contribute to annual budgeting, sales, and marketing planning for your cluster.
Implement overbooking strategies to optimize cluster occupancy levels.
Oversee and maintain the revenue management system's functions and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate with colleagues in e-commerce, distribution, and marketing to drive additional business.
Demonstrate commercial acumen by exploring new distribution channels and technology partners for Generator.
Show initiative in adapting strategies and tactics to changing market conditions.
Your Profile:

Your Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management.
Familiarity with the global travel and accommodation market.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Outstanding time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Technical proficiency with various hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office products.
