THE ROLE; Looking after 10 high value clients, being their point of contact and advisor. Look for growth opportunities in line with the customers needs. Become an expert in their needs, create and execute plans based on their individual challenges. Regular meetings to ensure optimal use of the platform is being done and be able to sort any issues/troubleshooting etc. Must be proficient in CRM systems, understanding data, be able to run kick off calls, regular check ins, renewals and growths.
