Our client, a full-service integrated agency, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Supervisor to join their team. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing client relationships, liaising with internal cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, traditional media, creative, and experiential.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.
Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, offering solutions to optimize campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop compelling campaign concepts and assets.
Prepare and present client presentations, status reports, and campaign performance analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and impacting the success and growth of high-profile retail/consumer brands
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
