Currently, we are collaborating with a confidential client, a burgeoning digital marketing agency based in Germany, to find a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join their team.
Position Overview:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and more, with a focus on delivering exceptional B2B marketing solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, agile team environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues, driving paid media excellence and contributing to our client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid media campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on Google Search Ads.
Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Implement tracking solutions using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Enhance reporting and automation processes utilizing platforms like funnel.io, supermetrics, and Looker (Google Data Studio) to streamline efficiency and insights.
Collaborate with a team of senior digital marketing professionals, sharing insights and strategies to drive growth.
Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of paid media trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Business Fluent German (min. C1) and fluent English.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a solid foundation in PPC channels, preferably within a B2B context.
Demonstrated expertise in managing Google Search Ads campaigns is essential.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking setup and the ability to utilize data for campaign optimization.
Advanced knowledge in reporting and automation tools (e.g., funnel.io, supermetrics, Looker) is highly advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
A competitive salary range of €38,000 - €48,000, based on experience and skill set.
The role offers the flexibility to work remotely from within +/- 1 hour of CET, preferably from Germany or continental Europe.
