About the Role

The bit about the company:
This business is a Gartner recognized, AI driven Customer Data Platform. They’ve worked their way through the APAC market & are a newcomer to the US territory.
They’ve had some major client wins recently & looking to capitalize on this with a VP of Sales to head up & continue to scale their NA sales team.
A bit of a unique approach to the market, they’ve answered several needs where competitors have not, and able to do the job or 3 or 4 products rolled into one, thus saving money for the end user… in this climate, obviously quite a big talking point.

The bit about the role
? – VP of Sales, North America
???? – player/coach model – to start on both acquiring new logos yourself, whilst leading and building a team of Enterprise AEs across the region
?- Targeting clients in financial, telco, healthcare, travel to name a few
? - $2m individual quota; $10m team quota
? - Deal sizes avg $250-500k, with a 4-8 month cycle.

The bit about you
? - built & lead high performing sales teams for 3 years+? Perfect.
? – building & scaling from small to large sales figures. i.e. growing from $5m to $20-30m in 1-3 years.
? - Strong experience selling martech/ad agency solutions
? - Comfortable selling to CxO/VP levels in the above industries 
? - Closed multi-million-dollar deals? Sweet.
? - Strong head. You’ll be remote based, so being able to take responsibility & work autonomously helps.
? - Ideally ET/CT based

In return they’re offering a $200-250k x2 package with full benefits.
