About the Role

Enterprise Account Executive
Are you a seasoned, Enterprise level Account Executive looking to explore new challenges to take on more personal responsibility & directly impact the growth of a Digital Employee Experience vendor?

We’re working with a mid-sized DEX SaaS vendor, who are Gartner recognised & having raised over $340m in funding. They have established themselves in the DACH market and looking to solidify their place with a Senior Enterprise level Account Executive.

You will target cross-vertical Enterprise level companies with 10k+ seats throughout the region, joining a high performing team in a highly lucrative space for the business.

What to expect:
  • Identify target accounts, prospect, manage pipeline, presentations and closing new business.
  • Manage relationships with assigned Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles of 712 months.  
  • Avg deal sizes of $250k ARR/$750k ACV.
  • Get involved in cross/upselling to an existing portfolio of clients.

What they’re looking for:
  • A hunter mentality is a must.
  • A proven background of Enterprise level sales in a technical SaaS vendor.
  • Track record of working with customers in DACH region of 5000+ seats.
  • Native/fluent German, bilingual English.
  • Sales Methodology training (ideally MEDDIC.)
  • Goal orientated, strong record against quota.

Salary: €120-140k base, double OTE, company car allowance & equity.
Remote based in Germany.
