As a Senior Digital Consultant / Media Planner & Manager, you'll bolster our clients accomplished media team, providing expert counsel to major clients on all things media, media planning, and comprehensive online campaigns. Moreover, you'll serve as a trusted sparring partner for our clients team management, broadening your domain, nurturing existing and novel client relations through cross-selling, and pioneering innovative media products.

Your Next Challenge:

In this capacity, your purview includes:

• Advising and supporting our key accounts across the media planning spectrum, including handling diverse budgets and leading media pitches and client presentations.

• Collaborating intimately with other departments, including creative teams, and leading project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Guiding and mentoring junior team members, encompassing working students and (junior) account managers, and offering sage counsel as they navigate their projects and client portfolios.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years' experience within a marketing agency, where you've earned your stripes as a trusted advisor in campaign planning and execution.

• Experience in helming project teams and ideally, managing personnel.

• Robust analytical skills and a flair for collaborative teamwork when tackling intricate challenges.
