Our client is energy trading company which has been one of the leading marketers of green energy for many years. They offer customers a wide range of energy-related services and products. In addition to the direct marketing of decentralised renewable energy and CHP plants, they support plants with expiring EEG subsidies as well as the further expansion of renewable energy projects without subsidy mechanisms with Power Purchase Agreements. Due to dynamic growth, they are looking for you as a system administrator (m/f/d) ETRM and trade-related applications at one of these locations in Leipzig, Frankfurt or Munich.
Your Tasks:
• You are responsible for the operational support of the users, in particular our ETRM system, by analyzing requirements and researching problems
• You are responsible for end-of-day processing in cooperation with the specialist departments and the support of the software providers; to do this, they work with the Openlink Endur system
• You are going to collect specific requirements from day-to-day business in order to provide solutions for incidents and service requests, and coordinate problem solutions as part of incident and problem management
• You will take on various maintenance tasks in coordination with the support of the system suppliers and for various applications
• You will ensure the continuous improvement of processes through advanced automation and new, innovative ideas
Your Profile:
• Degree in computer science, business administration or natural sciences or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of energy trading and ETRM space, ideally with Endur
• Experience in at least one scripting (Powershell, Python) and database query languages (SQL for ORACLE, MS SQL)
• Can work under time pressure and have good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of project work, the requirements analysis of IT systems/processes as well as IT support processes or (internal) customer service
• German and English skills (level B2 min.)
