Sales Manager
£45,000 plus commission
Oxford - Hybrid 

We are working with an Elite Hubspot partner who are growing their sales function to keep up with demand. 

THE COMPANY:
  • Recently funded by Hubspot to grow, this Elite partner was awarded its status only given to 40 out of 6000+ hubspot partners - an incredible feat.
  • Located in Oxford, England. 
  • They are an agency and consultancy and deal with the various functions of Hubspot, onboarding and upselling to customers in a consultative manor, tailoring advice to each businesses needs.

THE ROLE;
  • Player/Coach position leading the new sales team, and improving sales operations, coaching the team and hitting IC quota.
  • Understanding data and how to improve the bottom line in the business, utilising reports and analysing data to improve the sales results.
  • Customer focused mindset, and projecting this onto the team. Leading by example as you will have your own sales targets to achieve.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute sales strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM management is required (ideally hubspot).
