Up to £35k DOE
We are working with an international Construction company who are seeking salespeople in the Swindon branch of the business.
THE COMPANY:
- They are a well established business which received equity funding 2 years ago and are in a really exciting time of expansion.
- Founded over 15 years ago, so a well established secure business. They have since acquired other businesses and expanded substantially.
- They are a provider of construction machinery, particularly excavator parts.
THE ROLE;
- A telesales role selling to smaller businesses as well as dormant accounts.
- Lots of progression opportunities within the business such as team lead, field sales or other divisions.
- A highly collaborative role, passing leads onto the customer service team when a fit and interest is discovered.
- Utilising the companies CRM system to keep accurate data on prospects.
- Become an expert in products they offer to be able to discuss their offering confidently and intelligently.
Open to hybrid or in office.
