About the Role

First Line Support Analyst
Hybrid in High Wycombe 3 days in office, 2 WFH

We are working with a global tech company who provide businesses solutions in risk, strategy, projects and people.

- This is a first line of support for their helpdesk, dedicated to their biggest global customer.
- Providing fantastic customer service and solving basic technical queries.
- Fantastic progression opportunity within the business, lots of pathways available.

- A global business with staff in Australia, US, Sri Lanka and UK.
- They offer software that provide a governance, risk and compliance solution to business, this role focuses on the companies largest customer.
- Working days will rotate, this is a 5 day per week, 9-5 role on a shift rotation with colleagues.
