Our client is a growing eCommerce company and leader in the salon and spa space!

The team is looking for a motivated and driven professional who has a passion for digital marketing. This role is open due to growth and will be working directly with the CMO to drive and execute marketing efforts. You’ll be a jack of all trades helping with marketing strategy, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Develop strategies to boost ecommerce sales and meet business goals.
  • Conduct market research, define target audiences, and personalize campaigns.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns and manage budgets.
  • Craft email strategies, enhance content, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community to foster relationships and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging content.
  • Manage third-party digital marketing agencies, ensuring they meet their goals and deliver on agreed strategies, projects, & deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend optimizations.
  • Improve conversion rates through data analysis and site enhancements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Previous experience or internship in digital marketing or related roles is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to create engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
