Digital Account Manager

Ideally our client are looking for someone who's happy and able to be based in the office full time, or in a hybrid setup. However there is potential that it can be based remotely (living in Germany), with travel, for the right candidate.

Your Role:

As a Digital Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of implementing a variety of digital initiatives, including websites, web apps, and mobile apps. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Advising and guiding your clients through every phase of their projects, from innovative concept development to successful execution.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary project teams that include experts in design, content, UX engineering, and IT to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

Do you have what it takes to excel in this role? We're looking for candidates who bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management or account management experience, preferably in an agency environment, where you've managed client relationships
• A deep interest in digital trends and a solid technical background.
• Strong communication skills, a knack for customer interaction, and a reputation for approaching tasks in a structured, analytical, and responsible manner.
• ???????Speak fluent German (this is a hard requirement and you're application will be rejected if you don't bring this).
