What You'll Be Doing:

As the Client Lead, you’ll be the main point of contact for some seriously cool clients. You’ll own the relationship, making sure they’re getting the most out of their social media presence. Whether it’s strategizing with the creative team, managing day-to-day operations, or giving clients insights that drive results, you’ll be the go-to person.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Client's Strategic Partner: Guide your clients through social media strategies that make them stand out and shine in the digital world.
  • Foster Long-Term Relationships: Build deep connections with clients, understanding their unique goals and making sure they’re ahead of the game on all things social.
  • Lead the Charge on Projects: Oversee everything from project briefings to performance reports, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with Top Creative Minds: Work hand-in-hand with the agency’s creative and strategy teams to develop social media solutions that push boundaries and get results.
  • Spot Growth Opportunities: Be proactive in identifying new ways for clients to grow their online presence and drive their success.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

  • Experience: You’ve got 2-5 years under your belt as a Client Lead, Account Manager, or in a similar digital marketing role (bonus points if it’s within an agency!).
  • Social Media Expertise: You know your way around all the key platforms and can spot trends before they hit the mainstream.
  • Strong Commercial Mindset: You’re a natural negotiator and always have a commercial angle in mind.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English: Communication is your superpower, and you’re comfortable speaking both languages with clients and internal teams.
  • Big-Picture Thinker: You don’t get lost in the details. You understand how to keep the bigger picture in focus while still executing the day-to-day flawlessly.
