About the Role

DACH Business Development Manager
Are you an experienced hunter within a SaaS vendor, looking to make a move into a more autonomous role?

We’re working with a mid-sized SaaS vendor within the hospitality sector, who have secured Series B funding and employ around 350 people across the globe, selling their solutions to leading hotel chains.

Their existing portfolio includes the 10 largest chains across the planet, and you would be responsible for targeting businesses across the DACH territory as they continue to expand.

  • Approach & develop relationships with new business partners through outbound activity & networking
  • Respond to inbound queries & leads
  • Attending both face to face & online demos
  • Negotiate contracts & close new logos coming into the business
  • Build a business development plan to identify areas of improvement for the business

What they’re looking for:
  • 2+ years in selling SaaS solutions across Germany/DACH
  • Native/fluent German, bilingual English
  • Based in Germany, happy to work remotely/from a WeWork in Berlin
  • Strong record of achievement against quota
  • Hunter by nature, and a selfstarter attitude

Salary: €60-70k base, €110k OTE
